Founder and creative director Pierce operates across multiple design disciplines, bridging fashion, art, sculpture and space, with a focus on material innovation and poetic forms. Her distinguishing textures and three-dimensional structures are the product of an organic, fabric-first process that rebels against industry norms.
While at the helm of the brand, Pierce has expanded her vision into collaborative work across categories spanning apparel, accessories, footwear, and retail design. Working in artisanal and ready-to-wear contexts, the creative director has partnered with leading artisans and brands including French accessories house Polène, renowned milliner Stephen Jones, historic hat house Maison Michel, and several Chanel Métiers d'Art houses.
Her collaborative endeavours also extend into partnerships with master craftspeople in areas including knitting, crochet, embroidery, and pleating; preserving historical techniques while simultaneously developing innovative proprietary methods. Pierce’s all-white artbook – a limited-edition collection of interviews, poetry, textiles, and portraits - further builds her creative universe.
A sensitivity to the feminine in its myriad forms drives both the brand and Pierce’s vision. Clothing is regarded as an avenue for rare and truthful self expression, design and art meeting to unearth rare and precious textures and silhouettes. Pierce is led by a desire to capture curiosity and emotion, to elevate the wearer to a pure state of awareness, excitement, and beauty.
